Cancellation of classes

• Classes may be cancelled at my discretion and will be cancelled if the minimum number of confirmed attendees has not been met by the class booking cut-off date.
• If the class is cancelled due to illness you will be notified as soon as possible.
• If the class is cancelled by me for any reason your money will be refunded.
  

  Missed Classes

• If you miss a class in the 3-week beginner course or the advanced course then you will NOT be able to make it up.
• If you know at least 1 week beforehand, and notify me in writing then you will be refunded for the missed class.
• If you notify me less than 1 week before the class, I will make an effort to accommodate you in another course, but if these courses are fully booked then you may have to wait until the course is run again in the future.
• If you do not notify me in advance then you will not be refunded and you will not be allowed to make up the class.

  Bookings

• Fill in the class booking form and email _creatividadeslatinas@yahoo.com -  it back to me with a proof of payment. Please note that booking is on a first come, first served basis, and proof of payment it required to secure your booking.
• Please make sure that you have booked and paid in full 1 week before the commencement of the course.
